High Court Orders Clarification on Appointment of Bagmati Chief Minister Kiran Thapa Magar

Hetauda. The High Court, Patan, Hetauda bench has issued a 'show cause' order in the name of the respondents in the writ petition filed against the appointment of the newly appointed Chief Minister of Bagmati Province, Kiran Thapa Magar.

Hearing the preliminary case on Monday, Justice Babita Upreti's single bench ordered to submit a written response within 15 days with the basis and evidence as to why the decision to appoint the Chief Minister should not be overturned.
