MP Harkaraj Rai Criticizes Legal System's Ineffectiveness

Kathmandu. Chairman of Shram Sanskriti Party and MP Harkaraj Rai (Hark Sampang) has attacked the helplessness of Nepal's legal system and its implementation mechanism. Speaking during a special time in the House of Representatives meeting on Monday, MP Rai commented that criminals carry the law in their pockets.

Comparing the country's condition to a broken car and an unskilled driver, he asked, 'Is our country's law weak or the person implementing the law? Is the car broken or is the person driving the car unable to drive?'
