Butwal. Pratappur Rural Municipality Chairman Umeshchandra Yadav has been arrested on charges of forging and misusing government seals and letterheads.
After an arrest warrant was issued, Yadav, who had been on the wanted list for a long time, appeared at the District Police Office, West Nawalparasi, on Monday.
