Myagdi District Expands Water and Irrigation Facilities

Myagdi. Through projects operated by the Gandaki Province government in Myagdi district in the last one year, drinking water has been extended to five hundred households and irrigation facilities to 91 hectares of land. The Drinking Water, Water Resources and Irrigation Development Division Office, Myagdi, has expanded facilities by constructing 22 irrigation and 17 drinking water projects in the fiscal year 2082/083.

Office Chief Senior Divisional Engineer Jhalakmohan Ojha informed that irrigation facilities have been expanded to 91 hectares of arable land and drinking water facilities with one house, one tap have been extended to five hundred and eighteen households.
