Kirtipur Holding Center Submerged After Rain

Kathmandu. The Kirtipur holding center where the government had housed squatters removed from various places in Kathmandu has been submerged. The area became waterlogged due to last night's rain.

The victims have accused the government and security personnel of not providing any help even as they were submerged in water all night.
