National Commercial Bank Draws Criticism for Requiring Branch Visit for NID, KYC Update

Kathmandu. Government-owned National Commercial Bank has asked customers to visit their nearest branch to update their National Identity Card (NID) and other Customer Identification (KYC) details.

The bank issued a public notice on Monday, stating that customers must visit a branch and update their NID and any other changed KYC information by mid October, in line with a directive from Nepal Rastra Bank.
