Butwal. Santosh Kumar Pandey has made a name for himself as an evergreen minister of Lumbini Province. He has been continuously receiving the responsibility of minister in the second term of the Provincial Assembly.

Chief Minister Chet Narayan Acharya has recently assigned Pandey the portfolio of Urban Development, Energy, Irrigation and Water Supply Ministry.
