Students Refuse to Cut Hair Short, Parents and Schools Face Dilemma

Chitwan. Binod Dhakal of Krishnapur here wants his son, who is studying in class 9, to cut his hair short. He said, “We have also received a telephone call from the school asking to make the son cut his hair. The son does not agree to cut his hair short. It should not be forced.”

Buddhikant Neupane of Bharatpur-10 has a similar complaint. He says he has stopped telling his son, who is studying in class 12, to cut his hair. He said, “I have stopped telling my elder son to cut his hair, and my younger son, who studies in class 7, has also stopped listening.”
