Government Decides Relief and Rescue Measures for Bhote Koshi Flood Victims

Kathmandu. A severe flood in the Bhote Koshi river in the border area of Rasuwa district, Rasuwagadhi, and the lower downstream areas has caused great loss of life and property. The Government of Nepal has expressed deep sorrow over this incident and has made various relief and rescue decisions through an emergency cabinet meeting.

Government Spokesperson and Minister of Education, Sashmit Pokharel, expressed condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the flood and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.
