Harka Raj Rai Suggests Pro-Active Disaster Management Plan

Kathmandu. Shram Sanskriti Party Chairman Harka Raj Rai has stated that the government should make a different and pro-active plan for disaster management than the traditional style.

In the House of Representatives meeting on Wednesday, Rai suggested the government invest in the development of rescue materials and technology that would be effective during disasters, rather than just building roads and bridges in the name of development.
