CPN-UML Chief Whip Mahar Demands National Disaster Declaration Amidst Botekoshi Flood Crisis

Kathmandu. CPN (UML) Chief Whip Ain Mahar has demanded that the government immediately declare a (National Disaster) in view of the crisis caused by the severe flood in areas like Botekoshi in Rasuwa.

In Wednesday's House of Representatives meeting, Mahar informed that more than 800 citizens have gone missing due to the flood and more than 200 people are still waiting for rescue.
