By Purushottam Subedi, Paschim Nawalparasi, Aug 26: Women and children residing in Susta of Paschim Nawalparasi have been shifted to a safe place in the other side of Susta in view of possible risk due to flashflood in Bhotekoshi that flows into the Narayani through the Trishuli.
