Government Warns Against Unauthorized Fundraising for Rasuwa Flood Victims

Kathmandu. The government has warned against unauthorized collection of financial donations in the name of victims of the devastating Bhote Koshi flood in Rasuwa, as rescue and relief operations continue in the affected areas.

A massive flood swept through the Bhote Koshi River in Rasuwa at around 8:40 am on Wednesday, causing significant loss of life and property along the Bhote Koshi and Trishuli river corridors. Search and rescue operations for injured and stranded people are underway, alongside relief distribution.
