Kathmandu, Aug. 27: A devastating flash flood in Rasuwa district on Wednesday has caused significant damage to hydropower projects, transmission lines and other electricity infrastructure, affecting operational and under-construction projects in Rasuwa and neighbouring Nuwakot.
