LOCUS 2027 to Host Eight-Day Software Fellowship for Aspiring Developers

Kathmandu. The organizers of the 23rd National Technological Festival, LOCUS 2027, have announced an eight-day software fellowship aimed at equipping students with practical software development skills. The program will run from July 15 to July 23 and is designed for students with beginner to intermediate programming knowledge seeking to enter the software industry.

The fellowship will be conducted in two daily shifts to accommodate participants, with classes scheduled from 7:00–9:00 a.m. and 5:00–7:00 p.m. Organizers said an additional 2:00–4:00 p.m. shift may be introduced depending on demand.
