Former PM Bhattarai Expresses Concern Over Discriminatory Practices

Kathmandu. Former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has expressed anger, stating that work is being done to discriminate among citizens, contrary to the universal principle of democracy that all citizens are equal in the eyes of the law.

He raised questions through his Facebook post, stating that two bodies of the state are interpreting and implementing the same decision differently simultaneously.
