Supreme Court strikes down ban on government ads in private media

The Supreme Court has overturned the government’s decision to implement a single-channel system for publishing government advertisements. On Tuesday, a bench of Justices Sharanga Subedi and Nripadhwaj Niraula ordered the decision to be annulled.
