Supreme Court Sets New Time Limits for Case Registration

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has set new time limits for the legal process and action on writ petitions coming for registration in the court to make it faster, quicker, and more organized.

The Case and Writ Division of the Supreme Court has issued a notice determining the time for writ petition registration and its disposal.
