Police Attacked During Encroachment Removal in Banke

Banke. An attack has been launched on the police during the process of clearing encroached land of Ishwari Secondary School in Baijanath Rural Municipality of Banke. A local woman attacked a police havildar from the team that had gone to remove the encroachment with a sharp weapon.

According to the District Police Office, Banke, local Sabitri Kumari Shahi attacked police havildar Sunil Chaudhary with a sharp weapon. Chaudhary sustained minor injuries in the incident.
