Kyiv Attack Death Toll Reaches 30; Ukraine Vows Retaliation

Kyiv. At least 30 people have died due to the Russian attack in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, while inspecting an apartment partially destroyed by the Russian attack, said that his army would "definitely" retaliate for this attack.

Meanwhile, the European Union's top diplomat has proposed new sanctions against Moscow, while Zelensky has pressured for a license to manufacture Patriot air-defense missiles.
