Supreme Court Hears Case Against Government's Abolition of Civil Servant Unions

Kathmandu. Hearing has started in the Supreme Court's constitutional bench against the government's abolition of professional organizations and trade unions of civil servants.

The writ filed by Nepal Civil Service Organization Chairman Bhawani Dahal and others is being heard in the constitutional bench comprising Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Justices Dr. Nahkul Subedi, Binod Sharma, Abdul Aziz Musalman, and Mahesh Sharma Paudel, kept 'in consideration'.
