GANDAKI PROVINCE GOVERNMENT ALLOCATES RS 2 CRORE FOR MOTORABLE BRIDGE

TANAHU. Rs 2 crore budget has been allocated from the Gandaki Province Government for the under-construction motorable bridge connecting two local levels. The Province Government has allocated a budget of Rs 2 crore for the fiscal year 2083/84 for the bridge being constructed over the Seti River connecting Byas Municipality and Rishing Rural Municipality.

The construction of the bridge, which started on Chaitra 23, 2077 BS, has not been completed on time due to the negligence of the construction entrepreneur and lack of budget. The work on the bridge being constructed over the Seti River, connecting Deurali Nagar of Byas-3 and Jhaputar of Rishing-1, has gained momentum in recent times.
