Six Health Science Institutes Face Leadership Void Despite Vice-Chancellor Appointments

Kathmandu. Although Vice-Chancellors have been appointed in six health science institutes across the country, uncertainty remains regarding other officials.

Despite Prime Minister Balen Shah, who also serves as Chancellor, appointing Vice-Chancellors to the health science institutes, the institutes are without Deans, Registrars, Rectors, and Directors. Employees working at the institutes state that the absence of complete leadership has affected the functions under the Registrar, Rector, Dean, and Director.
