Congress Whip Nischal Rai Warns Against Placing Intelligence Under PMO

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress Chief Whip Nischal Rai has stated that placing the intelligence agency under the Prime Minister's Office will weaken the governance system and disrupt institutional balance.

He expressed this view while participating in the discussion on the 'Nepal Special Service Act, 2042' amendment bill at the State Management and Good Governance Committee meeting.
