Arjun Narsingh KC Calls for National Investigation Department to be Returned to Home Ministry

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress lawmaker Arjun Narsingh KC has stressed the need to remove the National Investigation Department from the Prime Minister's Office and return it under the Home Ministry.

Participating in the discussion on the 'Bill to Revive the Previous Provision of the Nepal Special Service Act, 2042' in the meeting of the House of Representatives' State Affairs and Good Governance Committee, he argued that centralization of power leads to distortions in democracy.
