IPAN Urges Hydropower Companies to Issue Shares at Face Value to Local Residents

Kathmandu. Companies or organized institutions have recently started issuing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) at a premium for the sale of their securities. Some companies have already issued IPOs at a premium (additional price), and companies in the IPO pipeline are also preparing for premium issuance.

However, companies issuing IPOs at an additional price have become controversial. Hydropower companies are now preparing to issue IPOs at a premium. Some hydropower promoters are also preparing to offer shares to locals at a premium and issue IPOs at a premium.
