Flood and Landslide Devastation in Rasuwa: 50 Bodies Found, Rescue Efforts Criticized

Rasuwa. Flood and landslide have caused unimaginable devastation in Uttargaya Rural Municipality of Rasuwa. The rural municipality's chairman, Madhav Aryal, who is deployed in the flood-affected area, has drawn the attention of the federal government, stating that 50 bodies are lying scattered on the riverbank.

According to Chairman Aryal, the body of one information officer of the rural municipality has been identified and cremated, while 4 employees are still missing. Similarly, executive member Gyanu Bik and some teachers are also out of contact.
