Elderly Woman Rescued Alive After 11 Days Following Flood

Nuwakot. On the 11th day of the severe flood in the Bhote Koshi river of Rasuwa, 64-year-old Chandrika Shrestha was rescued alive today from Anand Shrestha's house located in Betrawati Bazaar of Nuwakot.

Shrestha, of Bidur Municipality Ward Number 10 of Nuwakot, was rescued by a team deployed under the command of Armed Police Force, Nepal Police Inspector Suman Bik.
