Chinese Nationals Rescued from Tunnel Visited by Embassy Team

Kathmandu. A team from the Chinese Embassy has met the Chinese citizens rescued from inside the tunnel of the Upper Trishuli 1 Hydropower Project. The Chinese Embassy team met the rescued citizens immediately after they were brought to the Nepali Army hospital in Chhauni, Kathmandu on Saturday.

Nepali Army spokesperson Rajaram Basnet informed that the Chinese team met the rescued citizens. Spokesperson Basnet also informed that the health condition of the rescued Chinese citizens is stable.
