Birekhola flood: 23 families displaced, in dire need of food and shelter

Bajura, Sept 5: A flood in the local Birekhola stream displaced 23 families in Badimalika Municipality-6 of Bajura, following incessant rainfall late Friday night.

According to local Lalsingh Saud, a mudslide in the upper course of the stream blocked the flow of water, forming a pond.
