45 Nepali Army Personnel Still Missing After Devastating Flood

Kathmandu. 45 Nepali Army personnel are still missing after being caught in the devastating flood that came through Tibet, China on August 27. According to the details made public by Prime Minister Balen Shah on social media, 45 personnel from the Nepali Army, 25 from Nepal Police, and 12 from the Armed Police Force are still missing due to the flood.

After the flood, Nepali Army, Nepal Police, and Armed Police Force personnel have been continuously engaged in search and rescue. Prime Minister Shah stated that 13,391 people have been rescued from the affected areas through the joint efforts of all three security bodies.
