Japan assists construction of ginger and timur processing center in Myagdi

Kathmandu, Sept 7: The Government of Japan has provided a grant of USD 43,175 (approximately Rs 6.6 million) for the construction and improvement of a ginger and timur processing center in Myagdi.

Japanese Ambassador to Nepal Maeda Toru and Padam Raj Shrestha, executive director of the Livelihood Education and Development Society Nepal (LEADS Nepal), signed the grant contract for the project at the Embassy of Japan in Kathmandu on Monday.
