Lalitpur Metropolitan City Implements Digital Fine System 'LMC E-Chalan'

Lalitpur. Lalitpur Metropolitan City has implemented 'LMC E-Chalan' (Digital Fine Management System) with the objective of making its service delivery more technology-friendly, transparent, and organized.

This system has been brought to end the traditional hassle of paying fines for action, said Sitaram Hachhethu, Chief of Lalitpur Metropolitan Police.
