Supreme Court Halts Nepal Airlines Corporation Board Selection Process

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has issued an interim order in the name of the government to immediately halt the selection process for the board of directors of Nepal Airlines Corporation.

The joint bench of Supreme Court Justices Kumar Regmi and Shree Kant Poudel has issued an interim order not to advance the selection process for board members. The government had called for applications and was preparing to select members and the chairman of Nepal Airlines Corporation through competition.
