Industry Minister Gives One Week Ultimatum for Sirsiya River Pollution Control

Kathmandu. Industry, Commerce and Supplies Minister Gauri Kumari has objected to the pollution of the Sirsiya River by industries in the Bara-Parsa industrial corridor and given a one-week deadline for improvement.

During a discussion with industrialists at the ministry, she warned of action against industries violating legal standards related to environmental protection.
