Speaker Aryal urges govt to ensure flood victims feel state presence

KATHMANDU, Sept 7: Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has urged all three tiers of government to expedite rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts so that no disaster-affected citizen feels abandoned by the state.
