Bhimraj Angdembe Proposes 10-Point Plan for Nepali Congress Convention

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party Leader Bhimraj Angdembe has put forward a 10-point proposal to make the party's 15th General Convention not just a process for selecting leadership, but a historic opportunity for ideological renaissance and organizational transformation.

Expressing his views at the Central Working Committee meeting on Monday, Angdembe stated that the main crisis of the Congress today is not of leadership but of 'political purpose'. He said that a clear answer must be sought to the question of why the Nepali Congress is necessary in the Nepal of the 21st century.
