Uprendra Yadav's Party Split Case Hearing Concludes at Supreme Court

Kathmandu. The hearing on the case filed by Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav against the division of his party has concluded at the full bench of the Supreme Court. The hearing concluded at the full bench comprising Justices Kumar Regmi, Mahesh Sharma Paudel, and Shrikant Paudel.

Previously, a joint bench had ordered to send it to a full bench, deeming it a matter of serious constitutional interpretation. Justices Hari Prasad Phuyal and Til Prasad Shrestha's bench had ordered its presentation to the full bench.
