Minister Dr Timilsina, NRNA representatives discuss importing capital and technology

Kathmandu, July 28: Minister for Information and Communications, Dr Bikram Timilsina said the government has laid emphasis on policy, legal and practical reforms in a way to connect knowledge, skills, technology and capital of Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs) with the country's development.
