MP Manish Khanal Raises Point of Order on Opposition Behavior in Parliament

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) MP Manish Khanal has raised a point of order in the House of Representatives meeting, questioning the behavior of opposition party MPs. MP Khanal urged to follow the time and procedures of the parliament by citing Rule 21 (e) and Rule 15 of the House of Representatives Regulations.

He stated that opposition MPs have disregarded the clear provision in Rule 21 (e) of the Regulations that the right to speak should not be misused with the intention of obstructing the business of the House.
