Kathmandu. Nepal Telecommunications Authority has issued an 8-point special directive to service providers to improve the quality of mobile services and protect consumer interests. The authority, issuing a press release on Friday, directed telecommunication service providers to improve service effectiveness, technology expansion, and tariff systems.
The first priority of the directive issued by the authority is the quality of mobile service and network reliability. From now on, service providers will have to improve customer experience and submit regular reports on whether the standards set by the authority are met.
