Fraudster Arrested in Kathmandu for Fake Labor Permits

Kathmandu. Police have arrested one person from Kathmandu involved in fraud in the name of foreign employment by making fake labor permits.
The arrested person has been identified as 37-year-old Fazle Rasul, a resident of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-9, originally from Kapilvastu Municipality-2.
