MP Khana Demands Agriculture Minister, Secretary Presence in Parliamentary Committee Discussions on Fertilizers

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party MP KP Khanal has demanded the mandatory presence of the Agriculture Minister and Agriculture Secretary in discussions related to biological and organic fertilizers in the parliamentary committee.

Speaking at the meeting of the Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee on Thursday, he said that ministers and secretaries should be responsible towards parliamentary committees.
