Government Forms Committee for Jan-Ji Movement Agreements

Kathmandu. The government has formed a facilitation committee to implement the agreements for the injured and martyrs' families during the Jan-Ji movement that took place on Bhadra 23/24 last year. Joint Secretary Hemraj Aryal of the Prime Minister's Office and Council of Ministers provided this information at a press briefing here today.

The 'Janji Agreement and Integrated Package Implementation Coordination and Facilitation Committee', formed under the convenorship of a joint secretary of the Prime Minister's Office and Council of Ministers, will play a main role in the implementation and coordination of the agreements reached between the government and the protestors.
