Dhanusha District Court Orders Three Family Members to Prison for Rs. 4 Crore Fraud

Janakpurdham. Dhanusha District Court has ordered three members of the same family to be sent to prison for pre-trial detention. The court has ordered them to be sent to prison for pre-trial detention on charges of defrauding Rs. 4 crore by keeping land under mortgage in a bank.

The District Police Office, Dhanusha, had arrested 53-year-old Gopal Sah, his wife 48-year-old Rekha Sah, and son 32-year-old Hareram Sah, residents of Kapileshwor, Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City-16, on the 1st of Shrawan, in connection with cases of undue lending (meter-byaj) and fraud filed by various individuals in Dhanusha.
