Apple Develops Own AI Model for China Market with Alibaba's Support

Apple has developed its own 'Large Language Model' (LLM) specifically for the Chinese market, informed sources revealed. Previously, Apple adopted a strategy of relying on third-party models to operate AI features in China.

According to sources, the current proprietary AI model was developed in collaboration with Chinese tech company Alibaba Group. Alibaba also assisted in the model's training. Sources declined to reveal their names as the matter is sensitive and not public.
