10-Year-Old Girl Drowns in Kanchanpur River

Kanchanpur. A 10-year-old girl, Sanju Bisht, from Saisiya of Shuklaphanta Municipality-9 in Kanchanpur, died today after drowning in a river.

District Police Office Kanchanpur Police Inspector Virendra Singh Thapa informed that the girl died while swimming in the local Sunbara River. Police Inspector Bisht said that the girl's body is currently undergoing post-mortem at Mahakali Provincial Hospital and will be handed over to the family.
