Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 Concludes with Over 150,000 Visitors

Kathmandu. The 'NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026' currently underway at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu is concluding today. Organizers claim that by today, the fifth day of the fair which started on July 26 for six days, the number of visitors has reached the organizers' target. Organizers stated that 42,000 visitors visited the expo on Saturday alone. With this, the number of visitors to the fair has crossed 150,000 in five days. The Nepal Automobiles Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) had expected 150,000 visitors to the fair in six days. Gaurav Sharda, Chairman of the Auto Show Planning Committee, said that the significant participation of visitors has been encouraging.
The organizers' data shows that 29,000 visited on the opening day of the expo on July 26, 26,000 on the second day, 22,000 on the third day, and more than 31,000 on the fourth day. Vehicles from more than 55 brands are on display at the fair. Distributor companies are attracting visitors to their stalls by launching new models of vehicles. Visitors are particularly interested in aspects such as battery capacity, motor, range, after-sales service, battery warranty/guarantee, and resale value. Companies are also providing various facilities to attract customers. So far, various brands have launched 53 new models of vehicles at the fair.
