Ncell Share Sale Dispute: Supreme Court Issues Interim Order Against Report Release

The stay order follows a writ petition filed by Ncell Axiata, alleging that the unauthorized release of the investigative report violates constitutional privacy protections, taxpayer confidentiality, and trade secrecy laws.
