Rastriya Swatantra Party MPs Instructed to Analyze Parliament Attendance

Kathmandu. In the recent times, as the MPs of the ruling party Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) have been seen more in the list of those who attend parliament and then leave, Chief Whip Kabhindra Burlaoti has instructed his whips to analyze the attendance.
RSP has a two-thirds majority in the House of Representatives, i.e., 181 seats (excluding the Speaker). However, as the parliament meeting has started to be affected due to the absence of a quorum of one-fourth (25 percent) MPs, Burlaoti has instructed whips Prakashchandra Pariyar and Krantishikha Dhital to obtain attendance from the Parliament Secretariat, analyze it, and submit a report within 7 days.
